Quick troubleshooting

Most meeting issues are caused by browser permissions, unstable network conditions, or device conflicts. Start with the checks below.

Camera or microphone not working

  • Check your browser permissions and make sure All0e can access the camera and microphone.
  • Close other apps that may already be using the device.
  • Refresh the page or rejoin the room after changing browser permissions.

Cannot join a room

  • Confirm the room link is complete and you are opening it in a supported modern browser.
  • Try a private window or another browser if the room page is stuck loading.
  • If the issue continues, include the room link and browser version in your message to support.

Poor audio or video quality

  • Switch to a more stable internet connection or move closer to your Wi-Fi router.
  • Turn off extra apps or browser tabs that may be using bandwidth or device resources.
  • If you are on mobile, try disabling battery-saving modes that can limit media performance.
